Introduction to Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is a simple and practical method to prevent or alleviate conditions associated with undue tension or poor posture. Practiced by many performing musicians, the tools learned in this class can enhance performance and physical functioning and can also aid in rehabilitation after surgery, injury or illness, improve daily management of stress or pain, and provide coping skills for chronic illness and disabilities.
